Staff Leasing is when Kelly Services places members of your staff on Kelly's own headcount. Thus, Kelly becomes the legal employer, responsible for payroll, taxes, and adherence to the Russian Labor Code.

HOW STAFF LEASING WORKS

  • Kelly Services also signs a limited term labor agreement with each employee who will be leased to your company.
  • The employee works for Kelly Services and is officially seconded to your company.
  • Kelly Services pays the employee each month, on a gross salary basis, incorporating any bonuses or adjustments that you have requested.
  • Kelly Services also pays all employment taxes, pension fund and other contributions required by the Russian Labor Code
  • Kelly Services presents you with a comprehensive invoice and report detailing the leased services for a given period.
